Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the accounting and financial operations of our organization. The Controller will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, internal controls, and the day-to-day management of the accounting function. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to provide financial insight and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.

Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.

Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.

Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Monitor cash flow and working capital.

Coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.

Support strategic planning and decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

Manage and develop accounting staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibility.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes.

Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
