Everburn Manufacturing is a recognized leader in the hearth industry, producing high-quality handcrafted ceramic logs, burners, brick and stone panels, fireplace media and other innovative products sold throughout North America. We take pride in bringing new products from concept to production while maintaining exceptional quality and quick lead times.

We're looking for an organized, proactive New Projects Coordinator who enjoys working with people, managing details, and keeping projects moving. If you like solving problems, communicating with customers, and coordinating with multiple departments, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow your career in manufacturing.

What You'll Do

As our New Projects Coordinator, you'll help guide new customer projects from the initial design stage through tooling, sampling, approvals, and production launch. You'll work closely with customers as well as our internal design, mold shop, engineering, production, and sales team to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate new product projects from concept through production launch.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by providing project updates and responding to questions.
Work with designers, the mold shop, engineering, production. and other departments to keep projects on schedule.
Coordinate tooling, product samples, approvals, and launch activities.
Schedule and participate in project meetings.
Track project timelines, milestones, action items and deadlines.
Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Review drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
Identify potential delays or obstacles early and help develop solutions.
Maintain organized project file and documentation.

What We're Looking For

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and other business software.
Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is preferred.
Manufacturing, product development, tooling, mold shop, engineering support, or project coordination experience is a plus.
A four-year degree is not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
