About Dynamix Physical Therapy:

Heath Ladd, PT, OCS, CIMT, Cert DN and Russ Huffstetler, PT, DPT, CIMT, Cert DN opened Dynamix Physical Therapy in 2009 in Milan, Tennessee. This position plays a vital role in the care and treatment of our patients.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the field of physical therapy and physical/exercise sciences with a desire to enter further schooling as a PT, PTA, OT, or ATC.
Must have care, compassion, and empathy at the forefront of their work
Must be patient experience-oriented
Must help foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone
Must display a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be professional and respectful, and work with a positive attitude as a team player
Must be able to openly seek and ask for help, and feedback, and demonstrate an eagerness for knowledge and learning

Position Highlights
