High-Producing Associate Dentist Opportunity

Earn $240,000–$350,000+ | 4-Day Work Week | $10,000 Signing Bonus

Paris Children’s Dentistry is an established, high-volume pediatric practice in Northeast Texas seeking a driven associate ready to step into immediate production opportunity.

Located in Paris, Texas, you’ll enjoy the charm of a close-knit community with affordable housing, historic downtown character, and a relaxed pace of life. Just two hours northeast of Dallas, with convenient access to the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and DFW International Airport, Paris offers small-town warmth with big-city accessibility.

Compensation That Rewards Performance

High producers deserve high compensation — and the patient flow to support it.

33% of Adjusted Production
$650 Daily Minimum Guarantee
Expected Production: $2,200+ per day
Annual Production Target: $800,000–$1.2M
$10,000 Signing Bonus (paid over first year)
4-Day Work Week

At expected production levels, associates can earn: $240,000–$350,000+ annually
