Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist & Housekeeper

Location: IN person
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a individual role as a Front Desk Receptionist & Housekeeper. This position combines guest-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes upkeep to ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment. The ideal candidate is professional, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk Reception Duties

Greet and welcome guests, clients, or visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as needed
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs (if applicable)
Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times

Housekeeping Duties

Clean and sanitize rooms and common areas
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies
Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility
Report maintenance issues or damages to management
Follow health and safety guidelines and cleaning protocols
Ensure all areas meet company cleanliness and presentation standards

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (for front desk tasks)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays
Fast-paced environment with both guest interaction and physical task

Housekeeping and Front Desk are both individual job position, you can apply for both for now but when you are called for interview you can let interviewer know which specific job position you want.
