Role Overview
BEPC is seeking an experienced System Analyst 3 to support a large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment, focusing on identity and access management (IAM), application security, compliance, and governance. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in ERP security frameworks, role-based access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), security audits, and enterprise application support. The successful candidate will help maintain secure, compliant, and efficient business systems while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IAM workflows, including account lifecycle management, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Manage and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege security models.
- Design, maintain, and remediate Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls across business processes.
- Review and validate security roles, permission structures, and user authorizations within ERP and connected systems.
- Monitor authentication, authorization, and privilege-escalation activities to identify potential security concerns.
- Support secure integrations using technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and APIs.
- Evaluate application changes, enhancements, and workflows for security and compliance impacts.
- Investigate and respond to identity-related security incidents and unauthorized access events.
- Participate in IT control audits and compliance reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation for security architecture, configurations, integrations, and change management activities.
- Support reporting, analytics, compliance metrics, and operational performance initiatives.
- Coordinate technical upgrades, system enhancements, and platform modernization efforts.
- Provide technical expertise during software and services procurement evaluations.
- Ensure digital products and content comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Perform additional security and systems analysis responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise application environments.
- 10+ years of experience with IT security and control practices.
- 10+ years of experience with data integration, data quality, and SDLC methodologies.
- 10+ years of experience creating strategic technology roadmaps and collaborating across business and technical teams.
- 10+ years of experience presenting technical information to executive stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience with ERP platforms, including PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine, and Oracle databases.
- 8+ years of experience with IT service management and ITIL methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience serving in a security analyst capacity supporting managed services environments.
- 5+ years of experience managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls within multi-tenant applications.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, RBAC, compliance frameworks, audit processes, and enterprise security best practices.
- Experience with NIST and other information security frameworks.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to provide 3 verifiable references
Preferred Experience
- Experience with software and hardware asset management best practices.
- Experience developing technical specifications for IT procurements.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise financial or HR systems.
- Experience with PathLock products, including User Access Review (UAR), Single Sign-On (SSO), Data Masking, and A360.
- Experience with delegated administration and enterprise identity services.
Contract Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
- Travel: Limited travel may be requested. Any travel requirements will be communicated in advance.
