Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Balance and maintain schedules
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Handle phone systems, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages as needed, up to 5 lines.
Support office management by maintaining filing systems and organizing office supplies.
Provide assistance as a personal assistant to executives or team members when required.
Be professional at all times
Input date
Make daily bank deposits
Post invoices
Work among other stores to complete transactions
Handle title work ( previous title experience a plus)

Qualifications

Previous experience in an office setting is preferred; roles such as front desk clerk or administrative assistant are advantageous.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in familiarity with various phone systems.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of office management practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
