About Us

We are a rapidly growing multi-channel e-commerce company seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations & Systems Manager to help scale our business.

This is not a traditional warehouse or logistics operations role.

We’re looking for a technology-driven operator who understands how modern e-commerce businesses run. The ideal candidate has experience managing online marketplaces, improving business systems, implementing automation, leading cross-functional teams, and building scalable operational processes.

You’ll work directly with executive leadership to optimize execution across the business while helping shape the systems and infrastructure that support our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

E-Commerce Operations

Oversee operational execution across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, Best Buy, and other online marketplaces.
Improve marketplace operations, product launches, inventory synchronization, listing workflows, and fulfillment processes.
Partner with marketing, merchandising, purchasing, customer service, and warehouse teams to optimize business performance.
Analyze operational and marketplace performance to identify opportunities for growth.

Business Operations

Design and improve scalable operational systems across the organization.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that provide leadership with real-time visibility into business performance.
Build processes that improve efficiency, communication, and accountability.

Process Improvement & Technology

Evaluate and implement automation, AI tools, and technology that improve productivity.
Identify operational bottlenecks and develop long-term solutions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Drive adoption of new systems and technologies throughout the organization.

Project Leadership

Own company-wide project execution using ClickUp, Asana, , or similar platforms.
Coordinate strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
Ensure projects stay on schedule while proactively resolving roadblocks.
Work closely with department leaders to align priorities and resources.

Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
Help build the operational infrastructure necessary to support rapid growth.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading operations within an e-commerce business.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms.
Experience improving operational systems, workflows, and business processes.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Highly analytical with a passion for solving operational challenges.

Preferred Experience

SellerCloud, ChannelAdvisor, Extensiv, Cin7, Linnworks, Skubana, or similar OMS/WMS platforms.
Marketplace integrations and inventory synchronization.
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or workflow automation platforms.
Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
Advanced Excel, Power BI, or business analytics tools.

You understand the operational side of Amazon and Shopify as well as the technology that powers modern e-commerce companies. You naturally look for ways to automate processes, improve workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and help teams execute at a higher level.

You’re equally comfortable discussing strategy with executives, implementing new software, leading projects across departments, and diving into the details to solve complex operational problems.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to have a meaningful impact on a growing company and help build the operational foundation for its next stage of growth.
