Full Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Process Server to join our team. As a Process Server, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals involved in court cases in:

BALTIMORE CITY

PG COUNTY

CHARLES COUNTY

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY

Duties:

- Deliver legal documents to individuals involved in court cases

- Ensure that all documents are served in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of all services and attempts made

- Communicate effectively with clients and provide updates on the status of serves

- Adhere to all legal requirements and regulations regarding process serving

- Travel to various locations to serve documents

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Process Server or in a related field is preferred

- Familiarity with legal documents and procedures is advantageous

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience as a courier or in a related field is beneficial

- Knowledge of filing procedures would be an asset
