Full Job Description

Job Summary

Dealership Experience Required

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our accounting team. This position requires prior automotive dealership title clerk experience and a strong understanding of title processing and compliance.

We are an organized dealership accounting office with established title processes already in place — this is not a catch-up title environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership accounting office.

Responsibilities

Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag work in compliance with state requirements
Review deal paperwork for accuracy prior to title submission
Track title work to ensure timely completion
Process lien payoffs and title corrections as needed
Handle the full accounts payable process, including invoice entry, vendor reconciliation, and check runs
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment status

Requirements

Automotive dealership Title Clerk experience REQUIRED
Experience working in a dealership accounting office or title department strongly preferred
CDK experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
