We're looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Sales Associate who enjoys helping people, likes learning new products, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Whether you already have vape industry experience or you're eager to learn, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, solving customer needs, and building product knowledge, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Help customers find products that best fit their needs, preferences, and experience level.
- Educate customers on devices, e-liquids, disposables, accessories, and product features.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and ready for customers.
- Receive inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain attractive product displays.
- Answer customer questions both in-store and over the phone.
- Recommend products confidently while creating a welcoming shopping experience.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Stay productive during slower periods by completing daily store tasks and continuing product education.
What We're Looking For
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person.
- Friendly, professional communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and retain product knowledge.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable attendance and strong accountability.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous learning.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures consistently.
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.
