We Are Seeking

Spacemaker Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to serve as the Company's primary internal IT point of contact across its U.S. offices (California, Florida, New Jersey) and one UK office. Based in New Jersey, this position will coordinate day-to-day technology needs across the organization while partnering closely with the Company's external IT service provider (DCG), for technical support, troubleshooting, infrastructure, and ticket resolution.

The IT Operations & Systems Specialist will be responsible for the Company's technology assets and user equipment, including laptops, mobile phones, desk phones, Apple devices, printers, Microsoft 365, backups, and related systems. The position will also coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding technology requirements, maintain the organization and quality of the server room, manage vendor accounts, and ensure IT issues are properly documented, escalated, tracked, and resolved.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, technically capable, service-oriented professional who can work independently while knowing when to escalate issues to DCG or other technology vendors.

Responsibilities

IT operations and office support
Management of Company IT assets, set up, and distribution
Remote IT support and setup across all offices
IT onboarding and offboarding
Manage our Office 365 suit in coordination with DCG
Manage application and software update such as Sage 50, QuickBooks, etc.
Management of the Company's cell phone provider account, doing an analysis of costs and presenting alternative options
Create and manage an internal process for all IT requests and tickets sent to DCG
Create and enforce IT documentation such as policies, SOPs, backup procedures, etc.
Create and manage Apple ID accounts

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience
Experience with hardware troubleshooting
Management of Company issues equipment
Experience working with external IT service providers/Mobile Services Provider
Experience managing IT tickets and vendor relationships
Experience with Microsoft 365
Apple ID management in a Company setting
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing requests
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working across multiple offices and time-zones
Experience with remote support
Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives
