Senior Tax Accountant

Requirements: 2+ years tax experience, Lacerte proficiency, tax law knowledge, strong communication

The Role

We're hiring a detail-oriented tax pro who's passionate about tax and excited about technology. You'll prepare returns, guide clients on strategy, and help optimize our processes - all on a team that values innovation and continuous improvement. Job Duties

Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065)
Assist with tax planning strategies and projections for clients
Communicate with clients regarding tax documents, deadlines, and follow-ups
Stay current on federal, state, and local tax laws and best practices
Use modern accounting tools (QuickBooks Desktop and Online, LedgerSync, Gusto, ADP)

What You Need

2+ years of recent tax experience in a CPA firm or similar environment
Proficient with Lacerte tax preparation software and cloud-based accounting systems
Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulation
Bonus: CPA or EA designation (or actively pursuing)
