JOB TITLE: Administrative Scheduler/Dispatcher

EMPLOYER: Black Knight Patrol Inc.

DEPARTMENT: Scheduling/Operations

REPORTS TO: Lead Scheduler

EFFECTIVE DATE: 011/01/2025

Black Knight Patrol is a full-service private security company looking for a reliable and competent Security Dispatcher/Scheduler to be our first point of contact. At BKP, all staff are expected to display a sense of pride inductive of industry leaders. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of security and customer service, keeping Black Knight Patrol among the top-rated security companies in the industry! Graveyard shift and you must have weekend and holiday availability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receives, greets, and provides guidance and related special instructions to individuals entering the office; escorts visitors to appropriate office
Dispatches officers/ personnel specific to incoming calls
Assists scheduling department with staffing needs/ filling uncovered shifts
Monitors CCTV cameras for various clients locations and communicates any criminal activity observed to patrol staff in the field
Answers, screens, and transfers telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy; arranges conference calls
Coordinate with Fire and Police dispatchers as needed on behalf of patrol staff
Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda
Proactively establishes, and maintains highly organized filing systems; files correspondence and other records
Assists with special projects/community outreach events, as assigned.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and faxing
Assists with time approvals and timekeeping duties as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma and two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer literacy a must
Professional phone etiquette
