Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. We represent consumers across the state who have purchased defective vehicles and are committed to delivering exceptional legal representation with professionalism, efficiency, and results.

We are seeking an experienced Case Specialist to join our growing team. This is an on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA 90048 and is ideal for a highly motivated, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is a senior-level, client-facing role that requires exceptional communication skills, confidence in guiding clients through the intake process, and a proven ability to convert qualified leads into retained clients.

The Case Specialist serves as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in the firm's growth. This position is responsible for conducting consultations, evaluating potential cases, presenting retainer agreements, managing complex client interactions, and delivering an outstanding client experience from the initial conversation through case retention.

What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive intake consultations with prospective clients and evaluate the merits of potential Lemon Law claims
Build trust quickly with prospective clients by providing exceptional customer service and professional guidance throughout the intake process
Clearly explain the firm's legal process, services, and retainer agreement while answering client questions with confidence and professionalism
Confidently overcome client objections and navigate hesitations with empathy while helping clients make informed decisions
Secure signed retainer agreements and consistently drive strong client conversion results
Manage escalated, complex, or sensitive client conversations with professionalism, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence
Review intake information and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy before transferring files to the legal team
Maintain accurate case information and client communications within Filevine, HubSpot, or other case management systems
Take ownership of an active pipeline by proactively following up with prospective clients and ensuring timely communication throughout the decision-making process
Monitor conversion metrics and individual performance goals while identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes
Collaborate with attorneys, management, and team members to resolve complex intake issues and improve operational efficiency
Share best practices and contribute to the continued development and success of the intake team
Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and client care throughout every interaction

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3 years of experience in client intake, sales, customer success, legal intake, or another client-facing role with performance-based goals
Previous law firm experience preferred
California Lemon Law experience is a plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance-based goals, particularly in conversion, intake, or sales-focused environments
Demonstrated ability to confidently handle objections and guide prospective clients toward informed decisions
Experience presenting contracts, agreements, or retainers while effectively addressing client questions and concerns
Ability to manage escalated or emotionally sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism
Strong sense of ownership over personal pipeline management, follow-up activities, and overall conversion performance
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust quickly
Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience using HubSpot, Filevine, or similar CRM and case management systems preferred
Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
