Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the first impression of our practice and play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
Scheduling and confirming appointments while maintaining an efficient schedule
Answering phones professionally and assisting patients with questions
Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
Entering dental insurance benefits and explaining coverage to patients
Collecting payments and maintaining accurate patient accounts
Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient flow
Helping patients understand their treatment and feel confident moving forward

What We're Looking For

Required

Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a dental office
Experience with dental scheduling and patient communication
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, dependable, and motivated
