Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, engaging, and safe childcare.
- Plan age-appropriate activities and play.
- Prepare simple meals and snacks for children.
- Assist with children’s laundry and light household tasks related to the children.
- Maintain routines established by parents.
- Communicate professionally with families and the HeartBridge team.
- Transport children when requested (must use your own insured vehicle if accepting transportation assignments).
- Create a positive, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years preferred (select positions may be available for qualified applicants ages 16–17).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain before employment).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Clean driving record for transportation positions.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous childcare experience preferred, but motivated applicants are encouraged to apply.
