Bagley Landscape Construction, Inc. is seeking a dependable, motivated Construction Laborer/Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position working on commercial and residential property improvements, tenant improvements, remodels, repairs, and general construction projects throughout the Tri-Cities area.
Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour (higher wages available based on experience)
Primary Responsibilities
· Assist with commercial and residential remodeling projects
· Framing walls, ceilings, and other structural components
· Install doors, windows, trim, base, and finish carpentry
· Drywall installation, patching, taping, and texture repairs
· Interior and exterior repairs and renovations
· Install siding, fencing, decking, and other exterior improvements
· Basic concrete forming and repair
· Demolition and job site preparation
· Read tape measures and follow construction drawings
· Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Perform other construction-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Construction or carpentry experience preferred but willing to train the right individual
· Experience with framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, or general construction is a plus
· Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment
· Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Experience
· Framing
· Finish carpentry
· Drywall
· Painting
· Flooring installation
· Door and window installation
· Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
· Equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator, forklift)
