Jack's Bar & Grill has built its reputation on serving consistently great food with a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We're looking for a Head Chef who takes pride in running a well-organized kitchen, leading by example, and making sure every guest has a great experience.

What You'll Do

Lead the kitchen team during daily service
Schedule, train, and support back-of-house staff
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
Place food orders and manage inventory
Keep food costs, waste, and labor on track
Ensure recipes and portions are followed consistently
Maintain a clean, organized, and health-code-compliant kitchen
Work closely with restaurant management to keep operations running smoothly
Step in wherever needed and support your team during busy shifts

What We're Looking For

Previous experience leading a restaurant kitchen
A calm, dependable leader who earns respect by working alongside their team
Strong organizational and communication skills
Someone who values consistency, accountability, and teamwork
Experience with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and food cost management
Ability to stay composed and make good decisions during busy services
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
