Overview

Join the Red's On Time Plumbing team as a Service Technician, where your expertise will serve the entire Central Coast! In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. Full-time hours are guaranteed with overtime hours available. This is a supportive work enviroment that values work-life balance. We pride ourselves in delivering top-tier service with enthusiasm for customer service and professionalism!

Duties

Perform comprehensive plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to identify issues accurately.
Repair and maintain water systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances, adhering to local building codes and safety standards.
Track your schedule and invoices through a software app on a company provided tablet.
Enhance the customer's experience through problem solving and relevant add-ons.
Available for on-call and over-time hours
Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and document procedures thoroughly for quality assurance.

Experience

2-5 years of plumbing experience in residential or commercial preferred. Training available.
Valid Driver's license
Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential settings.
Skilled in construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, schematics reading, and plumbing inspection camera operation.
Experience with remodeling projects or work that involves plumbing system upgrades or repairs.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing residential plumbing installations.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras safely and effectively.
