We've supported thousands of youth and families across the state, and now we’re looking for a licensed mental health counselor to join our In-Home Counseling team. We’re looking for passionate, driven mental health professionals to join our team and deliver therapeutic counseling to youth (ages 5–21) and their families—right where they live and thrive: at home and in their community.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver Impactful Therapy – Provide compassionate, strength-based mental health services to children, teens, and their families—meeting them where they are, both emotionally and in their communities.
Use What Works – Apply evidence-based practices to help clients build emotional resilience and navigate behavioral health challenges with confidence.
Team Up for Success – Collaborate with families, schools, case managers, and other key stakeholders to create treatment plans that are personalized, practical, and effective.
Keep It Clear & Timely – Maintain up-to-date, efficient documentation that aligns with agency and state guidelines (we make it as painless as possible).
Grow with the Team – Participate in regular clinical supervision, team check-ins designed to keep you supported and continually learning.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
Licensure: Active state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, APN, LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT—or an equivalent credential).
Experience: Background in working with youth, teens, and families is a big plus.
People Skills: You’re a great communicator, highly organized, and bring a collaborative, empathetic approach to your work.
Mobility: You’ve got reliable transportation and are ready to travel within your service area to connect with clients where they are.
