Full Job Description

Our local client is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced Inventory Control Clerk for this IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME CAREER OPPORTUNITY.

SALARY - $29.00-$30.00 per hour

BENEFITS - Medical, Dental Vision, 401K, Stock Options if converted to client's payroll

LOCATION - Stanislaus County to include the following cities: Modesto, Ceres, Riverbank, Oakdale, etc.

HOURS - Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

This position is responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties involved in tracking and maintaining plant inventory and maintenance using the Computerized Maintenance Management Software.

Job Duties:

Maintaining Plant spare part inventories
Entering data that relates to maintenance inventory control and plant repairs and other metrics useful for efficient plant operations.
Making frequent classification decisions while recording data.
Analyze and interpret technical diagrams and calculate mathematical conversions.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of CMMS data.
Perform research on operation manuals for the relevant data.
Perform other data entry responsibilities as needed by plant management.
Other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Experience:

This position requires knowledge maintenance related parts and tools.
Must be able to understand basic technical information and instruction.

Skills:

Exceptional computer software and database management skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, able to prioritize requests and meet deadlines.
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with other plant personnel and willing to be a team player.
Strong & Accurate Data Entry, ability to type 60 words per minute.
Ability to concentrate on multiple topics while performing data entry.
Ability to read and follow directions in English.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and by instruction.
