XRay Payment – B2B Regional Account Manager (Outside Sales)

XRay Payment is hiring experienced B2B Regional Account Managers to expand our footprint in local markets. This is an outside sales role in the credit card processing industry, working directly with merchants to improve and simplify their payment solutions. The position is built for reps who understand merchant services and are looking for stronger support, faster deal cycles, and the ability to grow a long-term residual portfolio.

For those with B2B experience and/or experience selling in the credit card processing industry, we have opportunities for a sign-on bonus and pre-booked appointments.

Built around transparency — for both the merchant and the rep — XRay Payment gives you clear visibility into deals, pricing, and exactly how and when you get compensated. With the right tools, support, and flexibility, you'll be able to focus on revenue-generating activity and scale your portfolio without unnecessary friction.

This is a full-time, 1099 role with a flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely while selling in person within your market. This is an uncapped commission-only position.

Compensation & Earnings

OTE: $109,200+, with typical earnings ranging from $70,000–$140,000+ and top performers exceeding $200,000+
Upfront commissions paid on every deal
Residual revenue share that compounds monthly for as long as the merchant continues processing
Weekly, monthly, and annual bonuses
Seasonal individual and team competitions

This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential.

Role Overview

You'll work directly with local business owners to improve their payment processing — often helping them save money and simplify their current setup. You'll ask questions, understand their needs, present clear options, and guide them through a smooth onboarding process. You'll have access to multiple industry-leading platforms including Clover, Valor, Dejavoo, PAX, and more, giving you the flexibility to position the right solution for each merchant.
