About Us

NexGen Aesthetics is a growing medical aesthetics and functional medicine practice dedicated to helping our patients look and feel their best. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient experiences in a welcoming, laid-back environment where patients become friends.

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and outgoing team member who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and social media. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating content, and being an integral part of a fast-paced, patient-focused practice.

Position Summary

The Patient Care Coordinator & Social Media Assistant serves as the face of NexGen Aesthetics, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily office operations, social media marketing efforts, and clinical staff during treatments.

This position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Experience

Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
Check patients in and out
Answer and direct phone calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Respond to patient inquiries and assist with appointment coordination
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Assist with retail product sales and recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
Ensure treatment rooms and common areas remain tidy throughout the day

Social Media & Marketing

Capture photos and videos of treatments, events, and daily office activities
Create engaging Instagram Stories, Reels, and social media content
Assist with content planning and scheduling
Monitor social media messages and comments as directed
Help promote specials, events, and new services
Stay current on social media trends and suggest creative content ideas

Clinical Support

Assist the RN and NP during treatments as needed
Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments
Restock supplies and maintain inventory organization
Assist with patient flow throughout the day
Ensure rooms are clean and prepared for the next patient
Support providers in creating a seamless patient experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, medical office, or customer service environment
Strong social media skills, especially Instagram and making professional education videos
Comfortable appearing in and creating social media content
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and patient care

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with aesthetic or medical office software
Knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments
Photography, videography, or content creation experience
