About the Position:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented Cannabis Manufacturing/Cultivation Technician to join our team. This role is primarily focused on manufacturing and production operations, while also providing support to cultivation activities as needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality results, and understands the importance of consistency in a regulated industry. Our team works together to cultivate, harvest, process, package, and manufacture high-quality cannabis products. Every employee plays a direct role in product quality, operational efficiency, quality control, and company success. We are looking for proactive, goal-oriented individuals who work efficiently and effectively, pay close attention to detail, and contribute positively to the team. Responsibilities Assist with cannabis manufacturing and production activities. Follow quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance. Assist with packaging, labeling, and processing of cannabis products. Assist cultivation as needed Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain accurate records and inventory tracking Clean and sanitize production areas Follow all safety, security, and compliance requirements Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals Assist with facility organization, cleaning, and daily operational tasks
Qualifications: Reliable transportation. Consistent attendance and punctuality. Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and alternating weekends. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and procedures Strong work ethic and team-player mentality Ability to work efficiently and stay focused throughout the shift 21+ Preferred Experience (not required) Manufacturing or production Warehouse operations Inventory management Landscaping, gardening, horticulture, greenhouse, or agriculture.
