One of the region’s top automotive groups is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager. The role will oversee the accounting operations at a well-established, mid-size Japanese import dealership. There is a great team in place, and you will have strong regional support to help you grow and succeed. Successful candidates must have experience working as an Office Manager in a franchised dealership and have CDK experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial and accounting operations
Manage office staff and delegate tasks
Ensure efficient processes and systems are in place
Maintain high levels of customer service
Utilize CDK software for dealership operations

Requirements:

3+ years of Automotive Office Management, Dealership Accounting, or Administrative Leadership experience required
Prior Automotive Office Manager experience strongly preferred
CDK experience is required
Strong background in dealership accounting processes
Experience with A/P, A/R, payroll, schedules, reconciliations, and general ledger functions
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Import dealership experience is a plus
