Join our dynamic team at Tonto Apache Pub coming soon as a Lead <PERSON> Supervisor, where your culinary expertise and leadership skills will elevate our food service operations to new heights. In this role, you will oversee the daily management of food production and service, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and hospitality are maintained. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, and safety protocols.
Lead a team of cooks and food service staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
Oversee inventory control and management of kitchen supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
Plan menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating dietary considerations and catering requirements for special events or large groups.
Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations.
Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods.
Collaborate with the catering and restaurant teams to deliver seamless food service experiences that exceed guest expectations.

Skills

Extensive banquet experience with a strong background in fine dining settings.
Proven supervising experience within a culinary or food service environment.
In-depth knowledge of dietary department practices and food handling safety procedures.
Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward excellence.
Experience in inventory management, control systems, and cost-effective food purchasing strategies.
Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and overall kitchen operations within the food industry.
Excellent communication skills suited for supervising staff and coordinating with other departments such as catering or restaurant management.
Familiarity with hospitality standards, catering logistics, restaurant experience, and shift management principles.
