Job Summary
Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic team
This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality orthopedic care in a collaborative, community-based setting while benefiting from the clinical resources, expertise, and academic connections of the Mass General Brigham system.
The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered musculoskeletal care while helping expand access to orthopedic services within the communities we serve.

Join an established and collaborative orthopedic team within Mass General Brigham Medical Group.

Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of patients with a broad range of orthopedic conditions and injuries.

Maintain an active surgical practice supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams.

Provide both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care based on patient needs and clinical expertise.

Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, rehabilitation specialists, and other multidisciplinary partners.

Participate in orthopedic call coverage as appropriate to the practice and clinical specialty.

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program.

Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.

Fellowship training in an orthopedic subspecialty welcomed depending on the needs of the practice.

Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.

Eligible for medical staff appointment and clinical privileges at applicable Mass General Brigham facilities.

Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and collaborative practice.
