Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for employees using payroll software such as Ceridian or Paychex
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, taxes, and benefits administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and reporting
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data and proper communication regarding payroll matters
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Only applicants with experience will be considered
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and corporate accounting principles
- Proficiency in using payroll software and accounting software (e.g., Ceridian, Paychex)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of benefits administration and HRIS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
