Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of procurement contracts, vendor agreements, and supply chain documentation to ensure compliance, optimize costs, and support operational efficiency. Your expertise in contract negotiation, procurement management systems, and supply chain processes will drive seamless procurement activities across the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives and strengthen vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of procurement contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements with suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate with procurement teams to support sourcing activities, inventory control, and logistics planning.
Conduct price negotiations and vendor contract management to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Analyze Excel data and procurement reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve inventory management strategies.
Oversee vendor management processes, ensuring timely renewal of contracts and adherence to contractual obligations.
Support automated procurement systems and supply chain management tools to streamline purchasing workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics operations.
Demonstrated ability in negotiating purchasing contracts and managing vendor relationships effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes.
Experience with purchasing management systems (technically supported) and automated procurement tools.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a strategic approach to sourcing and supplier management.
Ability to lead teams or collaborate across departments to achieve procurement goals efficiently.
Strong understanding of contract negotiation processes, procurement policies, and inventory management systems.
Must be bilingual (spanish)
