Full Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Packing, Shipping & Quality Control Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for inspecting finished products, preparing orders for shipment, packing products accurately, and making sure orders meet our quality standards before leaving the facility.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, works well in a fast-paced production environment, and takes pride in accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC)

Inspect finished products for quality, defects, stains, damage, or printing issues.
Verify product style, size, color, design, and quantity against the order.
Identify and separate defective or incorrect products.
Report quality issues to the appropriate team member.
Perform final quality checks before products are packed and shipped.
Maintain accurate QC records when required.

Packing

Fold, organize, and package finished products according to company standards.
Verify quantities before sealing packages.
Apply labels, tags, and other required packaging materials.
Prepare packing slips and order documentation.
Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage.

Shipping

Verify customer orders and shipping information.
Prepare packages for shipment using the appropriate carrier and shipping method.
Weigh packages and prepare shipping labels.
Scan and record tracking information.
Verify the number of packages and contents before shipment.
Organize completed orders in the shipping area.
Communicate any order or shipping discrepancies to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications

Previous experience in packing, shipping, warehouse, production, or quality control is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages as needed.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
