Overview

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS CLINIC OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Practice Manager, where you will lead the operational and administrative functions of an established medical practice. This vital role ensures the seamless delivery of patient care by overseeing 13 staff members, managing financial processes, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.Your energetic leadership will foster a positive environment, optimize practice efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.

We are seeking a motivated professional with at least 5 years experience in medical office management and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, payroll, billing, coding, and revenue cycle management.
Supervise medical administrative support staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and human resources functions.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of medical records and patient information.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize clinic flow.
Utilize eClinicalWorks system to accurately document patient information and streamline data management.
Oversee the physician credentialing process
Handle all scheduling for physicians lecture series.

Skills

At minimum 5 years of Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare management within a clinical setting.
Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control strategies.
Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance.
Proficiency in eClinicalWorks
Supervisory experience leading a team in fast-paced clinic environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
