Licensed Health Insurance Producer– Remote

An active Health Insurance License is required for this position.

About the Role

We are hiring licensed insurance professionals for a work-from-home position supporting individuals with their health plan needs. The person in this role will communicate with members, review their questions, explain relevant plan information, and make sure interactions are documented correctly.

Work Setup

Location: Remote / Work From Home
Schedule: Flexible shift options
Work Equipment: Provided by the company
Training: Paid training included

Looking for someone who is:

Currently licensed to Health Insurance
Clear and professional when communicating with customers
Comfortable working with web-based tools and computer applications
Able to maintain a dependable remote-work setup and internet connection
Organized, responsible, and attentive to customer needs

Day-to-Day Work

In this position, you will:

Communicate with members by phone regarding their health plans
Listen to customer concerns and determine the appropriate next step
Provide information about plan features, benefits, and eligibility
Help members understand their available coverage
Record conversations and customer details in the required systems
Keep member information accurate and up to date
Follow established procedures while maintaining a positive customer experience
