Who We're Looking For

The ideal Elevated Realty partner is:
- Licensed or pursuing a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial

What You'll Do
As an Elevated Realty Agent / Partner, you'll operate your own real estate business while representing the Elevated Realty brand.
Responsibilities may include prospecting for new business, representing buyers and sellers, conducting property showings, preparing and negotiating offers, maintaining communication throughout transactions, developing your personal marketing strategy, networking within the community, attending training opportunities, and maintaining compliance with Pennsylvania real estate laws and brokerage policies.
You'll have the independence to grow your business while having a brokerage behind you when you need support.
This Isn't a Traditional Real Estate Job
Real estate agents are independent professionals, and success requires initiative.
We're not going to promise you overnight success, hand you a script and pretend that's a business plan, or tell you that joining a brokerage automatically creates clients.
