SystImmune is a leading and well-funded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Redmond, WA and Princeton, NJ. It specializes in developing innovative cancer treatments using its established drug development platforms, focusing on bi-specific, multi-specific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). SystImmune has multiple assets in various stages of clinical trials for solid tumor and hematologic indications. Alongside ongoing clinical trials. SystImmune has a robust preclinical pipeline of potential cancer therapeutics in the discover and IND-enabling stages, representing cutting-edge biologics development.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to oversee and streamline our office administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day business operations, including scheduling of top-management meetings, general onboarding support, office management, compliance with company policies, and optimization of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively lead the scheduling, tracking, and rescheduling of top-management meetings, including but not limited to internal strategic meetings and external meetings.
Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for supported personnel.
Act as the NJ Office Manager. Develop & manage the NJ Office supplies budget and maintain supply inventory. Identify vendors for office equipment in compliance with corporate procedures. Manage keycard access system for NJ Office personnel.
Coordinate with department heads to support company-wide operational needs and streamline workflows.
Providing general support for the onboarding of new hires, including interface with the IT department to enable laptop configuration and setup of Concur system logins.
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Support the senior leadership team with special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, operations management, human resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or operations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to manage teams and influence cross-departmental operations.
Excellence in organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in project management and multi-task management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and meticulousness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with Concur system administration
Familiarity with compliance regulations in federal tax administrative operations.
Fluency in Mandarin.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.

While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.
