- Ford-sponsored STARS training, ASE certification support, and a clear path from entry-level to Senior Master
- Modern equipment, clean bays, and an organized parts department that doesn't slow you down
- Career advancement within Tom Masano Auto Group — including opportunities to cross-train across our BMW and Mercedes-Benz rooftops
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles to factory specifications
- Complete work efficiently and accurately to maximize flat-rate hours and first-time fix rates
- Document repairs clearly and communicate with Service Advisors on additional findings
- Maintain a clean, organized work bay and follow all safety and environmental procedures
- Stay current on Ford technical bulletins, recalls, and training requirements
- Mentor junior technicians as you advance (for experienced techs)
What we're looking for:
- Technicians at all experience levels — entry-level through Ford Senior Master
- Ford certification and STARS training a strong plus (we'll support continued certification for the right candidate)
- ASE certifications preferred
- Own basic-to-intermediate tools appropriate to experience level
- Strong diagnostic skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
- High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school / automotive technology program preferred
- Availability to work a standard shop schedule with Saturday rotation
Compensation:
- Flat-rate pay structure with experience-based hourly guarantees
- Estimated earnings by level:

- Mid-level Technician: $55,000 – $75,000 per year
