Join Our Team at The Clubhouse Family Fun Centre!
Do you enjoy working with people, creating fun experiences, and being part of a team environment? The Clubhouse is seeking enthusiastic, dependable Arcade Attendants to help deliver an exceptional guest experience in our new Family Entertainment Centre, with over 70 games.
As an Arcade Attendant, you'll be one of the first people guests interact with. You'll help guests operate games, assist with redeeming tickets for prizes at our redemption counter, answer guest questions, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and ensure every visitor has a fun and memorable experience.
Full training provided. Flexible scheduling and hours, but must have some weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service.
- Assist guests with arcade games, redemption systems, and prize selection.
- Monitor the arcade floor to ensure games, attractions, and guest areas remain clean, functional, and safe.
- Respond to minor game issues and communicate larger technical problems to Management.
- Restock redemption prizes and maintain an attractive prize area.
- Educate guests on game rules, promotions, and facility offerings.
- Support birthday parties, group events, and special programs as needed.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude while helping create a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently at times and as part of a team at others.
- Comfortable interacting with children, families, and guests of diverse backgrounds.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to remain professional and calm during busy periods.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.
- Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
Preferred, but not required
- Cash handling or point-of-sale experience.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
