Perform assigned product manufacturing and or brazing responsibilities.
Perform brazing operations to join metal components using various brazing techniques and materials.
Clean, degrease, and properly prepare surfaces to be brazed, ensuring optimal adhesion.
Assemble parts in preparation for brazing, ensuring components are aligned and properly fitted.
Use a variety of hand, power and or pneumatic tools to complete the assembly and or system within the customer equipment.
Fabricate tubing using tube bending equipment. Following drawings and schematics for dimensional requirement.
Perform in-process checks and inspections throughout the process.
Complete shop paperwork / records to ensure that equipment is being built in accordance with the manufacturing / customer requirements.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Comply with the safety regulations and properly utilize personal protective equipment.
Abide by all internal United CoolAir polices to foster a safe, efficient, and exciting work environment.
Work with your manufacturing lead and team to meet scheduled deadlines.
Collaborate with various departments when necessary to provide the highest quality product to your customers.
Suggest process improvements to enhance brazing efficiency, product quality, and overall productivity.
