We are seeking a Full time boutique concierge Client Experience Ambassador — a poised, professional presence who will embody our brand’s values and set the tone for every client experience. This individual will ensure that every guest feels both welcomed and valued from the first moment of arrival through their entire boutique journey.

This individual will work in our state-of-the-art retail and manufacturing facility. WE ARE A FAST-GROWING multi-store enterprise dedicated to providing our customers with affordable luxury products and an unparalleled experience in our industry. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for all boutique guests, providing a gracious and personalized welcome.
Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with sales professionals to ensure a seamless, elevated client experience.
Maintain a refined, calm, and attentive demeanor that reflects the discretion and prestige of a flagship environment.
Offer refreshments, manage guest flow, and ensure a consistently polished boutique presentation.
Support VIP appointments and private client experiences with confidentiality and attention to detail.
Collaborate with management to uphold service standards, boutique presentation, and brand consistency.
Monitor guest flow and assist in managing any queues or waiting areas effectively, keeping clients engaged when required.
Maintain accurate live tracking data and ensure accuracy of information, utilizing technology.

Qualifications & Attributes:

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine jewelry, or ultra-luxury retail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural poise and diplomacy.
Deep understanding of luxury service etiquette and emotional intelligence in client interactions.
Refined presentation and grooming in alignment with brand standards.
Ability to remain composed, confident, and polished in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Experience supporting VIP or high-net-worth clientele preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
Hotel or Restaurant Concierge experience is required for this role
Enjoy working with people and celebrating special events and commemorating memories
Familiarity in Excel or database spreadsheet applications, ability to monitor guest queue using technology (training will be provided)

Schedule:

Must be available to work Friday and Saturdays with scheduled peak season OT.
Including evenings & weekends with Sunday and Monday days off (except during holiday seasons)
Ability to be flexible for additional special events
Must have neat and clean appearance at all times; professional dress attire
