Senior AR Process Improvement Consultant
We are seeking an experienced consultant to tackle complex receivables challenges, optimize processes, and help shape the future state of its AR operations. If you enjoy assessing issues, implementing solutions, and driving measurable results in large, sophisticated environments, this could be an excellent fit.

Location: Downtown Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Hybrid after onboarding
Duration: Long-term contract opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve AR processes, customer payment portals, and invoicing workflows to reduce backlogs and improve collections.
Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues, payment discrepancies, and collection challenges.
Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and receivables reporting to ensure financial accuracy.
Optimize cash application workflows, and overall receivables operations.
Develop and implement sustainable processes, controls, and best practices that improve efficiency, cash flow, and operational performance.

What We're Looking For
Experience leading AR/AP process improvements, system implementations, or operational transformation initiatives.
Strong background in Accounts Receivable, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and customer payment portals.
SAP experience strongly preferred (large ERP systems required)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a consultative approach to driving change and process improvement.
