Job Details

Hospital Greeters welcome and assist patients, their families and visitors entering the hospital. Utilizing internal software, Greeters will register visitors and enforce relevant visitation policies and guidelines. Greeters answer questions, provide information such as patient floor and room number and direct people to the hospital location they need, thereby creating a caring and efficient atmosphere.

Shift: Every Sunday 8:30a - 6pm

Job Description

High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Ability to interact and communicate clearly with patients, visitors, staff and physicians required.
Two years of customer service experience required.
Prior hospital or hotel experience preferred. Ability to work and rotate all shifts as needed.
Ability to organize work, handle multiple projects/priorities and be creative in problem solving.
Knowledge of the local area required. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Aptitude for learning new PC applications required.
