Physiatrist

Located throughout Eastern/Southern Eastern/ Central Pennsylvania

**SALARY- $120K - $180K per year (depending on experience)**

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive physiatry evaluations and ongoing rehabilitation management in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional restoration and improved patient outcomes.
Collaborate with therapy teams, nursing staff, and facility leadership to support rehab goals and continuity of care.
Manage musculoskeletal, neurologic, orthopedic, and medically complex cases within the post-acute population.
Perform procedures as appropriate (joint injections, spasticity management, etc.).
Document patient encounters in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Support quality initiatives and maintain clinical excellence across assigned facilities.

Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Active Pennsylvania medical license (required or ability to obtain).
Experience working in long-term care, subacute rehab, or post-acute environments strongly preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently across contracted facilities.
