Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk

Department: Support Services

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Description: The Glen Mills Schools is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual to become part of the Business Office at The Glen Mills Schools. The Accounts Payable Clerk must be reliable, organized, and able to work with high competency in the Business Office.

Scheduled Hours & Days: The Accounts Payable Clerk schedule will be a flexible part-time position during normal business hours, 16-20 hours per week. The Accounts Payable Clerk must attend mandatory organizational training when applicable.

Start Date: Immediate

Posting end date: When position is filled

Degree/Credentials Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Provide/Maintain a valid driver’s license
Provide/Maintain necessary clearance and background checks as per The Glen Mills Schools, State and Federal requirements

Essential Skills Required/Including but not limited to:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a Trauma Informed Organization
Understanding of trauma and its effects on behavior

Additional experience/skills that may be helpful:

4-5 years' experience with accounts payable a plus
Understanding of Microsoft Great Plains accounting software

Starting Salary/Rate:

Part-Time Salary position
$18-$20 per hour
