Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hydro Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hydrostatic tests on various components on job sites and assemblies to ensure they meet strict quality and safety standards. Also be a part of pipeline pigging operations and nitrogen drying jobs.

Responsibilities

Perform hydrostatic testing on components using appropriate pressure equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately set up tests and analyze results.
Collect, record, and analyze data from various testing procedures to verify product quality and compliance with ASME codes & standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of test results, inspection reports, and equipment calibration records for quality assurance purposes.

Requirements

Proven experience with bartons and crystal data loggers
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Excellent analysis skills for interpreting test data and identifying defects or deviations from specifications.
Commitment to safety protocol adherence during all testing activities.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
