About Us

Pennsylvania Libations is a premier wholesaler of state-produced wine and spirits, connecting local craft producers with Pennsylvania licensees. We're expanding into an exciting new channel: retail beer distributors.

Leading this expansion is Bobba Pop, an international hard boba RTD sensation selling in 35 states. Alongside it, you'll represent a high-growth premium portfolio of bottled batched cocktails (including Boyd & Blair), canned cocktails, seltzers, and non-alcoholic RTDs.

The Role

This is an exclusive, ground-floor opportunity to build a brand-new territory from scratch. Our existing reps service bars and restaurants — you will be the sole representative owning the entire retail beer distributor channel across Western Pennsylvania. The channel is yours.

You'll start with a book of validated leads and build from there. The territory runs Pittsburgh north to Erie, east to State College, and toward Harrisburg — a high-volume road role covering the western half of the state.

Ramp goal: $40,000 in monthly sales within 6–9 months
Growth target: scale the territory toward $100,000+ per month
The profile: dynamic, self-starting, entrepreneurial — a powerhouse who wants the whole channel to run at

Key Responsibilities

Build the Western PA retail distributor market from the ground up as the sole channel rep
Establish deep relationships with retail off-premise beer distributors
Introduce Bobba Pop to the channel and cross-sell the premium portfolio
Turn validated leads into high-volume, recurring accounts
Hit ramp goals and push toward high-growth milestones
Maintain professional, consistent territory coverage

What We're Looking For

Proven sales background targeting PA retail beer distributors
Existing relationship capital within this specific customer base
Self-paced, entrepreneurial mindset motivated by a greenfield opportunity
Elite relationship-building, objection-handling, and closing skills
Reliable personal transportation and comfort with extensive regional travel

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base salary: $30,000 – $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Uncapped commission: 3% on all portfolio sales
Performance bonuses: structured milestone incentives

What the commission actually looks like:

At $40,000/month: an additional $1,200/month — $14,400 annualized
At $100,000/month: an additional $3,000/month — $36,000 annualized
Total projected earnings: $44,400 to $86,000+ per year as you scale the channel
