Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver in Pensacola, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor activity, and reporting irregularities to site leadership.
Assist with maintaining accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and communications with Allied Universal supervision and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A Guard Card/License is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
