EDWARDS ROOFING HAS BEEN PENSACOLA'S TRUSTED COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL ROOFING CONTRACTOR SINCE 1935. WE'RE GROWING AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DETAIL-ORIENTED OFFICE MANAGER/BOOKKEEPER TO RUN OUR FRONT OFFICE-MANAGING PAYROLL, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND PAYABLE, FINANCIAL REPORTING, AND THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS THAT KEEP OUR BUSINESS RUNNING SMOOTHLY

WHAT YOU WILL DO

PREPARE AND PROCESS PAYROLL, INCLUDING TIMESHEETS, DEDUCTIONS, AND TAX REPORTING
MANAGER ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES, INCLUDING INVOICING COLLECTIONS AND VENDOR PAYMENTS
RECONCILE BANK ACCOUNTS, CREDIT CARDS, AND COMPANY INVENTORY ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE
PREPARE MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, AND ANNUAL FINANCIAL AND JOB COSTING REPORTS
OVERSEE HUMAN RESOURCE TASK-JOB POSTINGS, ONBOARDING, BENEFITS ENROLLMENT, AND COMPLIANCE
COORDINATE VEHICLE, EQUIPMENT, AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE RECORDS (DOT, OSHA, INSURANCE)
ORDER AND MANAGE OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE SUPPLIES
SUPPORT COMPANY POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND DAY-TO-DAY OFFICE OPERATIONS

WHAT WE ARE LOOKIN FOR

BOOKKEEPING OR ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE, IDEALLY IN CONSTRUCTION OR A SIMILAR INDUSTRY
STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND COMFORT MANAGING MULTIPLE PRIORITIES AT ONCE
EXPERIENCE WITH PAYROLL, AP/AR AND FINANCIAL REPORTING
TRUSTWORTHY AND DETAIL ORIENTED-YOU CATCH DISCREPANCIES BEFORE THEY BECOME PROBLEMS
COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE AND LEARNING NEW SYSTEMS
