Build lasting client relationships to generate future repeat and referral business. Qualifications Active Mississippi Real Estate License (Required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, growth-minded, and highly coachable. Organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines efficiently. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred. Compensation Perks $48,000 to $196,000+ annually (Commission-based with uncapped earning potential). Performance-based bonuses. Fully flexible, self-determined schedule.
