Office Assistant

Pace Pool & Spa Service – Pace, FL

Pace Pool & Spa Service is a growing pool service and retail company dedicated to bringing peace of mind to pool owners throughout our community. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to help support our team and provide a great experience for our customers.

This position will primarily focus on answering phones, handling paperwork, maintaining organized records, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Because you will often be the first person a customer speaks with, we are looking for someone who is confident, upbeat, and personable on the phone. You should enjoy talking with people, have a positive attitude, and be able to stay organized while juggling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, confident, and professional attitude
Respond to voicemails and help direct customer questions to the appropriate team member
Take accurate messages and ensure information gets to the right person
Assist with paperwork, filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
Enter and update customer information in our software systems
Assist with scheduling and other basic office coordination as needed
Help prepare, organize, and process routine office documents
Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
Keep the office organized and help ensure day-to-day tasks are completed accurately and on time

You are comfortable working on a computer, entering information accurately, and learning new programs and software.

Able to Multitask

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
