Job Summary
We are a family-owned title and real estate closing company that has proudly served Florida communities for more than 20 years. Our mission is simple: protect homeowners and create a smooth, trusted closing experience for every client we serve. Through detailed title research, professional escrow management, and exceptional customer service, we help protect one of the most important investments our clients will ever make.
As we continue to grow across Northwest Florida, we are expanding our team and hiring for two positions — an experienced Escrow Officer to lead operations and a detail-driven Escrow Processor to support our closing team — serving the Pensacola metro area, including all of Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. From Pensacola, Perdido Key, and Pensacola Beach to Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Milton, and Pace, our team supports one of the fastest-growing real estate markets on the Emerald Coast, with a steady, year-round volume of residential, relocation, and VA-related closings tied to the region’s strong military and coastal communities.
These are unique opportunities for driven professionals who take pride in accuracy, accountability, and delivering an outstanding closing experience. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong partnerships with clients, lenders, agents, and team members — right here in Northwest Florida.
